Return & Refund Policy

Refunds/Returns: 

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED. For hygienic reasons our hair extensions cannot not be resold due to being worn or alter by the customer. Once an order is placed, you acknowledge that no refunds or returns are accepted. 

Exchange (If applicable):

In the event that we ship the wrong item, an exchange can take place. Items must be returned and inspected prior to the exchange. Items must be returned unaltered, in its ORIGINAL STATE. All items should be returned in its correct packaging. Wigs should be unworn; bundles should be unwrapped; lace should be uncut, and products should not be used. Once items are received, we will notify you. Within 72 hours we will inform you if we approve or disapprove your exchange. If items are approved, the corrected order will be sent out to the customer. NO ADD-ONS ARE ACCEPTED. 

Cancellations:

Please cancel order within the first 24-48 hours of purchasing. We will NOT cancel an order once the items are shipped. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. 

Unsuccessful Delivery:

If your order was sent to the wrong address, lost, stolen or damaged by the shipping company, you must submit a package claim with the shipping carrier. You are encouraged to double-check your delivery address before paying and check your order once received. Imperial Virgin Hair will NOT issue refunds for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
