Refunds/Returns:
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED. For hygienic reasons our hair extensions cannot not be resold due to being worn or alter by the customer. Once an order is placed, you acknowledge that no refunds or returns are accepted.
Exchange (If applicable):
In the event that we ship the wrong item, an exchange can take place. Items must be returned and inspected prior to the exchange. Items must be returned unaltered, in its ORIGINAL STATE. All items should be returned in its correct packaging. Wigs should be unworn; bundles should be unwrapped; lace should be uncut, and products should not be used. Once items are received, we will notify you. Within 72 hours we will inform you if we approve or disapprove your exchange. If items are approved, the corrected order will be sent out to the customer. NO ADD-ONS ARE ACCEPTED.
Cancellations:
Please cancel order within the first 24-48 hours of purchasing. We will NOT cancel an order once the items are shipped. Please ensure your delivery address is correct.
Unsuccessful Delivery:
If your order was sent to the wrong address, lost, stolen or damaged by the shipping company, you must submit a package claim with the shipping carrier. You are encouraged to double-check your delivery address before paying and check your order once received. Imperial Virgin Hair will NOT issue refunds for lost, stolen or damaged packages. By placing an order with Imperial Virgin Hair, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.
We do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed, you acknowledge that no refunds are accepted. However, we are happy to offer an exchange under certain conditions.
If the items received are incorrect or the head size does not fit, an exchange may be approved. In such cases, we will provide a return shipping label. Items must be returned and inspected before an exchange is granted.
To qualify for an exchange:
Once items are received, you will be notified. Within 72 hours, we will inform you if your exchange is approved or denied. If approved, the corrected order will be shipped. No add-ons or modifications are accepted at this time.
Orders must be canceled within 24–48 hours of purchase. We will not cancel orders that have already shipped. If your order has shipped, you may return it (per the Refund Policy above) once it is received.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
If your package is sent to the wrong address, is lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier, you must file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
Imperial Virgin Hair does not issue refunds for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order and inspect packages upon delivery.
Processing time refers to the time between placing an order and receiving your tracking number.
All orders are thoroughly inspected, customized (if needed), and packaged with care. Orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing the next business day at 8 AM EST.
Expedited shipping does not reduce processing time. Processing may take longer during holidays and sales such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas.
If a delay occurs, we will notify you via email. You may choose to wait or request a refund at that time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking to update.
For international orders, Imperial Virgin Hair is not responsible for customs fees.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or inclement weather. Once the package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
