Shipping policy

The processing time is between placing an order and receiving your tracking number. During this time, your order will be carefully customized and packaged. We also check for imperfections, ensuring all orders maintain their luxury quality before shipping. Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process on-hand hair.

For Signature Remakes and Wig Services, please allow 12- 14 business days for processing. For Bundles Deals and HD Lace, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Expedited shipping will NOT cut back the processing time.

Please note the processing times can vary due to sales or holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc). For all orders placed after 5 pm EST, the processing time will start the next day at 9 am EST. If delays occur, we will email you!

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated by the post office. For international orders, we are NOT responsible for custom fees. Imperial Virgin Hair is NOT responsible for shipping carriers or inclement weather delays.
