What Type Of Hair Am I Ordering?

Imperial Virgin Hair provides pure human hair only, with no filler fibers or synthetic hair incorporated. Our virgin hair is carefully and ethically sourced from single donors in India. Our virgin hair is steam-processed to obtain its textures. There is no dye or chemical processing involved, allowing them to remain of luxury quality. All hair is cuticle aligned in the same direction, decreasing tangling and shedding with proper care. 

Can The Hair Be Dyed & Straightened?

Our hair can be dyed and straightened. All hair should be treated as your natural hair. Frequent excessive heat can change the texture pattern, as can continuous bleaching. Only apply heat to clean dry hair and use a heat protectant. Curly and wavy texture hair will return to its regular pattern after washing and conditioning. Seek professional guidance when bleaching to ensure the luxurious quality is maintained. 

What Is HD Lace?

HD lace is the thinnest form of lace, allowing it to blend with any skin tone without lace tint spray or makeup. HD lace is also very fragile, so we recommend handling it gently.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Cancellations:

Please cancel order within the first 24-48 hours of purchasing. We will NOT cancel an order once the items are shipped. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Please email us with your order number at imperialhairservice@gmail.com within the first 24-48 hours.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

If you need to change the delivery address, please do so within the first 24-48 hours of ordering at imperialhairservice.com. You must contact the shipping provider if you need to update your address after your order is shipped.

How Long Does Processing & Shipping Take?

The processing time is between placing an order and receiving your tracking number. During this time, your order will be carefully customized and packaged. We also check for imperfections, ensuring all orders maintain their luxury quality before shipping. Once your order is placed, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process on-hand hair. For preorders, please allow 7 to 14 days for processing. Expedited shipping will NOT cut back the processing time. Please note the processing times can vary due to sales or holidays. For all orders placed after 6 pm EST, the processing time will start the next day at 8 am EST. If delays occur, we will email you, and you can wait or request a refund. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated by the post office. For international orders, we are NOT responsible for custom fees. Imperial Virgin Hair is NOT responsible for shipping carriers or inclement weather delays.

How Long Does A Refund Take?

Refunds/Returns: 

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED. For hygienic reasons our hair extensions cannot not be resold due to being worn or alter by the customer. Once an order is placed, you acknowledge that no refunds or returns are accepted. 

If I Don’t Like It, Can I Return It?

Exchange (If applicable):

In the event that we ship the wrong item, an exchange can take place. Items must be returned and inspected prior to the exchange. Items must be returned unaltered, in its ORIGINAL STATE. All items should be returned in its correct packaging. Wigs should be unworn; bundles should be unwrapped; lace should be uncut, and products should not be used. Once items are received, we will notify you. Within 72 hours we will inform you if we approve or disapprove your exchange. If items are approved, the corrected order will be sent out to the customer. NO ADD-ONS ARE ACCEPTED. 

Unsuccessful Delivery? What Happens Now?

If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are NOT responsible for unsuccessful deliveries. Links to the shipping carrier claim website are below:
