Good Customer service is really hard to come across nowadays but I took a chance on getting a custom wig made (states away) and glad I did this time. My wig was constructed very well and when the owner offered to wash the hair as a courtesy before shipping back to me, I was pleasantly surprised! That’s a service and she didn’t have to do that.
It didn’t end there. She packaged and shipped my newly constructed wig as If I purchased the wig from her. Meaning, she boxed it nicely and included business cards and items she includes with wig purchases. I can’t speak for anyone else but I cannot recall the last time, I experienced customer service to this degree. I highly recommend her services.
