Imperial Virgin Hair has built two wigs for me and they did not disappoint. I gave them old wigs and she transformed them into brand new ones. Amazing work! 10s across the board.
The hair spa was SO worth it. She made me a wig in September then revamped the same one for Valentine’s Day. It looks like I got a completely different wig altogether. 10/10 every time.
Good Customer service is really hard to come across nowadays but I took a chance on getting a custom wig made (states away) and glad I did this time. My wig was constructed very well and when the owner offered to wash the hair as a courtesy before shipping back to me, I was pleasantly surprised! That’s a service and she didn’t have to do that.
It didn’t end there. She packaged and shipped my newly constructed wig as If I purchased the wig from her. Meaning, she boxed it nicely and included business cards and items she includes with wig purchases. I can’t speak for anyone else but I cannot recall the last time, I experienced customer service to this degree. I highly recommend her services.
